[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@Kaac - I guess that the problem is caused by whatever that software is supposed to do, I've never used it before.
If you have:
Nvidia surround / AMD infinity set to span 2 monitors (3840x1080) + bezel compensation as required.
In game resoluition = (3840x1080) + bezel compensation as required.
Your multimon file with ui_x 0.0 & ui_width 0.5 (like you already have it now).
Config.cfg - uset r_multimon_mode "4" (like you already have it now).
Then your game menu will fit to the whole of the left monitor and not be squashed down.
Or
If you don't use Nvidia surround / AMD infinity then look at a1337cookies guide...

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@Kaac - Assuming you're following my guide, the problem is likely that the game is running at a stretched 1920x1080, instead of 3840x1080 like it should be. Make sure the r_mode_width and height in config.cfg is set to 3840 and 1080 respectively, and don't skip any steps when starting the game. Step 3 (changing Vsync then reverting) is crucial, you must do it for the resolution to apply correctly.

Hello, I suppose there's no point in me reading the first post in its entirety if I have an AMD configuration.

Thank you for your reply, I'm going to have to look again to find answers to why my game since the 1.48.5 update is even less fluid than before ...
From the outside or in the 3rd person the game runs at 60 FPS everywhere and without any stuttering with my settings, but in the cabin view it's not the same story ...
