@Ticreut29
Nice!
Nice!
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
the reason is was the lod factor was too high, now I know why I have some fps drop. Decrease the lod factor in config.cfg was the solution.
now my game is smooth.

@ BenganJ & JHTrucker
Happy new year guys, well it was for a couple of days anyway lol
BenganJ, I gave up with the LOD mod due to my GPU being maxed out alot of the time with nothing in reserve, I've just caught up on the posts since I was last on and see that the settings in the mod where a "half way" figure and as you said, not really worth reducing anymore and messing about with, thanks for the try anyway.
One of my side screen tv's gave up the ghost a couple of days ago so I had to get another one which is slightly bigger. I have adjusted JHTrucker's figures to suit and it now looks really good, so much so, I might go and get another one for the otherside :-)
I did about 6 hrs driving last night on both games and amazingly there wasn't one stutter or freeze so I'm now thinking that the tv screen could have been on its way out since set it up and was causing some of my problems. When it went off, it blacked out the other 2 screens too which wouldn't come back on until I had unplugged the faulty one. I've also put 2 more fans in the PC case which keeps the GPU at the mid 60's most of the time whereas before it was creeping up to high 70's.
I'm gonna do some more testing and will get back to you with results and maybe some pics/video.
@Jhtrucker
I'm still going to try to get my webcam set up for head moving and will give you a shout if I need a bit of help. By the way, I can't seem to find you bit for getting out of the truck whilst refueling etc, can you give me a clue please.
Cheers guys and thanks for all the help

Oh noooooooooo, more updates to spoil my week lol
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@BenganJ
I thought I would try your LOD mod again now I think my dodgy screen might have had something to do with my problems but it is coming up with an error in the log and I can see the hills rendering infront of me even more so than with out mod. I seem to remember you telling me I hadn't done the mod right when I got the very same "manifest" error, any idea what may have happened? I even tried downloading the mod again but with the same results.
: <WARNING> [mod] Mod package 'LODS' does not contain a manifest file 'manifest.sii', creating default information set.

@toni1958
That message has NO impact on the function of the mod. The manifest file is just
containing some info about the mod! The mod you got MUST be used together with
Drive Safely's Sound Fixes Pack to work properly! Are you using that mod now?

@BenganJ
While I was eating my dinner I realised that I have put the LOD mod above the graphics mod instead of above the sound fix mod so it is sandwiched between the 2. I'll sort it tomorrow and report back. Thanks

@toni1958 - Happy new year to you too.
Keep this link handy for the setup/tweak info: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=1000&p=31309#p31309 for your monitors... 50 downloads now!
If you plan to keep afterburner running all the time you can change gpu fan speed (fan tab) so it ramps up quicker than standard and therefore keeps it much cooler.
Mine shows default curve at 60 degrees is 60% speed, so change that to 70 /80?
I haven't made any changes to mine as my gpu runs at around 50 degrees.
Refueling, the basic one is: viewtopic.php?p=24745#p24745 which just changes to cam 5 to feel as if you are outside.
But TIR OPTION 1 viewtopic.php?p=25876#p25876 has the best for refueling built into it as you are stood outside (left or right) and can look around and "walk" a short distance along side the truck. So you need to get TIR working and then add Option 1 using #1 manual windows edits.
