@clear F1
Yes you can use NPI vertical sync 1/2 1/3 1/4
They are the same, it's just to me the in game one is smoother.

NCP should show your monitor details hz etc

Multi Monitor AA Version 5 (10/04/2020) with increased resolution width to enhance the AA image a bit further.

This should help with distant lamp posts or any thin vertical object by increasing the number of horizontal pixels it can use.
You will get reduced FPS and/or higher gpu usage when using these compared to my standard (100% scaling) STEP 2 multi AA files.

Only if you currently have multi monitor AA setup and working (and a very high end gfx card) should you consider trying these enhanced options.
Do you need to use them, no. Will you notice the enhanced image more than the FPS drop, probably not.
These were created because i thought of a way to do it, nothing more.
Remember, at 200% scaled width, your gpu is rendering double the number of monitors you have and so your FPS will halve!

As an example: my not even high end card in its day - GTX760 3840x1024
Standard Triple.AAv5 file: (100% scaling)
No AA=53 FPS : 2xAA=36 FPS : 4xAA=21 FPS
Triple.AAv5.200 file: (custom 200% scaling)
No AA=37 FPS : 2xAA=23 FPS : 4xAA=12 FPS

Still interested in trying? Follow the below setup exactly.
Backup your current multimon_config.sii file for safe keeping... you'll want it back later!

Download attached file that contains all multi monitor options.
Assuming all config.cfg changes from step 3 are complete.
You now need to make a further config.cfg change as stated below for each file used otherwise you won't get AA applied to the images.

Standard multi monitor files with no scaling increase (same as in step 2).
File : Double.AAv5.100
File : Triple.AAv5.100
File : Quad.AAv4.100
uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "1"
This shows in game as "100% scaling" don't change it.

Increased multi monitor width to 125%
File : Double.AAv5.125
File : Triple.AAv5.125
File : Quad.AAv4.125
uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "1.25"
This shows in game as "custom 125% scaling" don't change it.

Increased multi monitor width to 160%
File : Double.AAv5.160
File : Triple.AAv5.160
File : Quad.AAv4.160
uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "1.6"
This shows in game as "custom 160% scaling" don't change it.

Increased multi monitor width to 200%
File : Double.AAv5.200
File : Triple.AAv5.200
File : Quad.AAv4.200
uset r_scale_y "1"
uset r_scale_x "2"
This shows in game as "custom 200% scaling" don't change it.

Don't mismatch "uset r_scale_x value" between files. you'll lose AA.
Don't use in game scaling, it won't work (it changes scale_y and we need X), it has to be edited in config.cfg.
Each file contains the above config.cfg details in it's header, for your info, as well as it's own individual settings - check current file with notepad if in doubt.

Note: I didn't do 150% because the multiplier isn't suitable:
100/150=0.666666 : 0.666666x150=99.9999 : It has to be 100 for AA to work.
100/125=0.8 : 0.8x125=100
100/160=0.625 : 0.625x160=100
100/200=0.5 : 0.5x200=100

Height can't currently be increased (by me at least) as it's already at 100%, whilst multi image widths are all individually smaller than game resolution width and can therefore be increased as long as they don't exceed 100% width each.

@BenganJ

Q - I have multi monitor AA setup and looks great. Can i increase scaling from 100%?
A - Yes, but you need another file and further config.cfg changes and a very high end gfx card!
Details can be found here ****add link to my last post****

Thanks.

@BenganJ - Sorry, just noticed i should have been clearer on the DSR Q&A.

Q - How can i increase scaling without losing AA?
Change to:
Q - How can i increase scaling on my single monitor setup without losing AA?
Or match with new multi Q&A?
Q - I have single monitor AA setup and looks great. Can i increase scaling from 100%?
