@clear F1

No problem at all my friend! I do these mistakes all the time. We are human beings,
we are NOT perfect robots!

@JHTrucker
config.cfg vsync = 2 was confirmed. Good results were obtained.

Thank you! :D :D :D

Have i started the vsync=2 revolution?

Just to be clear about vsync=2 in case you don't know.
That's in game vertical sync at half refresh rate.
So 120hz monitor will get 60 fps and so on.

Most people may avoid it as it states in game as "economical for laptops" but it doesn't change anything except half refresh rate, so no image quality reduction. Lower gpu usage keeps it cooler for laptops, that's all.

Nvidia / NPI - "half refresh rate" seems to lack the smoothing that the in game vsymc=2 gives.

Yep, the BIG revolution is on! :lol: :lol: :lol:
I didn't know about this, only the corresponding variant in NPI,
so thanks a lot for pointing that out! :D

@BenganJ - I wonder if your DSR/desktop reset icons issue on reboot is a windows 8 thing?
My win 7 x64 with TH2GO 3840x1024 --> DSR 1.78x = 5120x1365 and all desktop icons are where i left them... just smaller size than native.
"clear F1" has win 10 and you got him to try DSR... is it the same for him?

Also, my TH2GO can use DSR up to 4.00x unlike nvidia surround that can't use it at all!!!
But native 3840x1024 is best for my ageing GTX760.

@JHTrucker

Oh, don't bother with that, it's an old Win7 gadget app that re-installed those gadgets on Win8.1,
so it's NOT regular Win8 stuff on desktop that need re-location after re-boot! NO BIG PROBLEM!

EDIT: Those gadgets and the app think that the monitor res is still 1080p, but now is 1440p instead!

After some busy weeks i had time to play a bit and to play with the settings. I could have set my Surroundscreen to 5760x1080. So it's now a proper 16:9 screen. But in game i have a very low FPS. Most of the time it is around the 22 and when i am driving on highway or city it goes down to 16. It's not playable.
I have tested also the DSR to 1 single screen and i have there 30FPS period and AA, that is playing smooth and nice.

So my question is, is there a solution to get a higher FPS then 22? Or is it out of me to get AA on triple screen and play on 1 screen with AA?

In regard to config.cfg vsync=2, i've used it for years for smooth tear free 30 FPS. The setting in NCP/NPI for half refresh rate just feels rough in comparison.
In game the options for vertical sync are, disabled, enabled & economic.
But i just had a thought... vsync=3? vsync=4?
Tested.
Vsync=0 = disabled
Vsync=1 = full vertical sync
vsync=2 = 1/2 vertical sync
vsync=3 = 1/3 vertical sync
vsync=4 = 1/4 vertical sync
At 60hz = 60,30,20 & 15 FPS tear free.
At 120hz = 120,60,40 & 30 FPS tear free.
At 144hz = 144,72,48 & 36 FPS tear free.
So, anyone using a 120hz monitor and can run above 40 FPS can use vsync=3 for 40 FPS tear free.

Don't use NPI frame limiter or vertical sync options, just default them.

@JHTrucker

Sure? Verified? I had the same thought, but haven't tested yet!
Would be nice for other monitor refresh rates and GPUs!
