@mgysgtdev - I just use config.cfg vsync "2" to cap 30 fps (60hz monitors for me).
As long as you can get over 30 fps everywhere then that will give you tear free frames at 30 fps.
I don't use the limiter. Not needed for this.

EDIT - Also, perhaps now you know AA works with your triple setup...
Reset NPI ETS2/ATS setting to driver default.
Rename config.cfg so game generates a new one.
Then just do steps 1, 2 & 3 and no more.
Have a good drive around before loading your game down with all the extra settings listed.
The extra settings are based on a single monitor, so triple will really be hit hard.

@BenganJ - You can't get a mirror view... only camera view.
See pic attached.
You can pitch the view 180 forward and it'll be upside down mirror.
You can then roll it 180 to make right way up but now it's not a mirror.
You can "heading" 180 but that's just the view in the pic, camera not mirror.
So we'd need to flip the image.
Tried a lot of combos but failed to get as a mirror.

@JHTrucker

Sorry mate, but there you lost me totally! :roll: :roll: :roll: :shock: :? :ugeek:
What's wrong with the one you showed there in the pic? How is
that configured? Or is it a Photoshop'ed image where you have
overlayed one image on top of the other?

No, that's in game... but look, the road isn't on the left of driver in "mirror".

Here's a fake version...

@JHTrucker

I want a centered view backwards, not another left or right mirror,
but do you mean that the view is flipped right-left? And if I have a
trailer, I should be able to see over it, if possible. Think of a camera
mounted at the center of the truck roof, but 5 inch up!

No, the traffic is driving past me on my left but the "mirror" shows it on the right side.
I'll attach the zip if that's how you want it? But reversing will be opposite when looking in it.

"Think of a camera mounted at the center of the truck roof, but 5 inch up!"
That's what i did but if it was real in dash the display would have to be flipped to be a mirror or people would crash.

My digger trailer is visible in pic.

EDIT:
pitch_offset: 0.000000
-5.00000 = 5 degrees down toward rear of trailer.
camera_space_offset: (0.000000, 5.000000, 0.000000)
5.000000 = height above driver

This will increase the zoom in the view.
frustum_subrect_x: 0.250000
frustum_subrect_y: 0.000000
frustum_subrect_width: 0.500000
frustum_subrect_height: 1.000000

Remember, this is a view not a mirror, meaning large view distance like driving view etc not mirror lod's etc.
EDIT: file removed. newer version available.

@JHTrucker

Nice, I'll test it a bit later, going to watch Wombat's live stream on YouTube
and also make dinner here, but I'll report my views later on! Thanks for now!

@BenganJ

Code: Select all

So only supersampling affects the image size output(= Screenshot Size)
Every time you move up the ladder you should get more GPU and VRAM usage (or drop in FPS) . 2xMS-->4xMS-->8xMS-->8xS-->16xS-->32xS .In the last 3 categories you should also get also bigger screenshots.Since you dont get bigger screenshots the supersampling part does not initialize. So actually we are left with 2xMS-->4xMS-->8xMS. The last 2 modes(4x and 8x) have identical performance which means that even we put it at 8x it still uses 4x. So basically we are left with 2 functional modes 2xMS and 4xMS. Any other mode ( 8xMS,8xS,16xS,32xS) falls back to to 4xMS.

My 2 cents and I m out.

@BenganJ - perhaps add this to spinner66 (scs forum).
Look at our Q&A...

He may just have the clean install driver issue or get new config? and start again.
If the 2560 X 1440 centre screen is set in game as fullscreen then it's no different to a single setup.

@JHTrucker

Okay, I'll tell him! I tested that Rearview and I think it was pretty good,
a damn pity it isn't switchable so that one can use it when needed, mostly
at delivery time!
