@olaf28
It's actually two companion apps, called MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistic server.
If you look at the upper left corner in the following video, you can initially see what I
have configured to be displayed continuously, when I hit a configured shortcut key. Then
you will see one additional line appear, the calculated MIN, AVERAGE and MAX FPS from
the running FPS values on the line above. Through two other shortcut keys I can control
the ON/OFF of that line, which I do in the video. ON, drive a bit, OFF! But please, don't
ask me for how to configure all this, there might be someone else that can do that, if you
need it! :D
NOTE, I have r_vsync "2" set when recording, therefor not very different values there,
but how to do a proper measurement we discussed earlier.

After using r_vsync "2" my games crushing
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@konluk2005
It won't crash just because you set r_vsync to "2". You must have something else doing that.
Post your game log after such a crash and with r_vsync set to "2".

@olaf28 - That's some testing you've done there.
I wouldn't spend too much time doing extensive tests... As long as you can maintain 30 fps, in general, whilst driving then you'll enjoy yourself. If you get a few annoying fps dips, just try the next lowest file.
I never drive with fps or other data on screen. You get too fixated on them rather than enjoying the drive. If i'm checking for fps improvements whilst developing multi AA, for example, then i do use afterburner to make sure there's no memory leaks and fps have or haven't improved.
Anyway... i've updated the "Poor Mans" AA page. viewtopic.php?p=17913#p17913
You like V2 as it's keeps to your monitors aspect ratio, so v9,10,11 & 12 are all just 5% smaller than each other.
I've also added v13 as a bonus feature... assuming you'd actually want this option.

@Bengan,
Alltight then. I really have to study this. :shock: :shock: :shock:
I am happy that I got NPI working and have AA. This is really next level IT for me.
I understand that if I really want to do a good test then this is necessary, but then I will also want to find out how I make videos.
I will think about it and possibly during a holiday I will delve into it. But at the moment I really don't have time to do this properly.
I think that Wombat will make ROS earlier to scale then I can post a video
But thank you very much for the effort and time.
I really appreciate your kindness and service.

OMG, even more versions. :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
I will see if they work but no more testing. Because I expect the same results as before.
I especially like version 13. I will especially try this one.
Thank you. I really appreciate your service

One thing here though! You don't have to record videos to be able to measure the FPS values
for different versions. You just have the OSD on the game screen while testing and when done
with one test, you just write down the results. The reason I made a video was just to show you
how it looks when I have the OSD displayed and doing the calculations.

@ Bengan,
I understand this.
But If will use OSD I want to also show the results ;)
