Thanks for the great work! I've tested briefly but there are some issues in Turkey-Middle east RC.
First, I found there is a broken road in Cyprus.
Second, I also found there are some missing city names in Middle-east area and some Turkish cities. (i.e. Mersin, Osmaniye etc...)
(In fact, I can fix this issue personally but I hope there will be a proper official update for RC.)

Nothing changed in load order or RC's, just replace 1.2.1 with 1.3 (finish delivery first)

İstanbul intersections from previous versions replaced with new one. Newly added Asian side neighborhood in İstanbul (Riva).
İzmir Turgutlu intersection replaced with new one.
Muğla Yatağan intersection replaced with new one.
Köyceğiz intersetion replaced with new one.
Köyceğiz hw renewed.
FPS improvements on İzmir, Manisa and Fethiye.
8 New weight stations on their actual places.
Better curves on the roads from previous versions.
Reported bugs solved.

Amazingly good!
I drove through Konya, Silifke, and Alanya in that order. Cracked asphalt, winding southern coastal roads, new landscaping, everything is better.
