@clear F1 - replaced what with HDMI cable? DVI or vga? I think vga cable would be bandwidth limited at higher resolutions but never thought it would kill fps like how you had it.
Good to hear you got it working... finally.

Now set sun_shadow_textures to 16384 for the best looking shadows... may as well use that RTX2070.

@JHTrucker

I think that I've even heard of bad HDMI cables doing odd stuff like this.
Maybe he just replaced one HDMI with another! He will tell us!

For the 4 people that downloaded my Triple.AAv5 reduced angles file... i've updated it, now 33.75 & 22.5 degrees.

@BenganJ - It's just odd to see gpu @ 100% whilst dropping frames to 20. You'd expect the monitor to tell the gpu "no more, i'm full" and gpu usage would then drop.

@BenganJ - Just thought, surely the image sent to the monitor is 1080p containing the dsr 1440p processed image but still just 1080p. So 1080p worked ok but dsr 1440p didn't, very odd.
I bet it's the driver that detects the cable used based on the image size processed regardless of actual image size monitor uses.
I'll stop thinking of this now.

Yes, I just replaced another HDMI cable and it was cured.
Normally there was no problem so I couldn't help but go unnoticed.
I'll try 16384 later.

@BenganJ
Thank you.
