@mattloveOHIOST5

The reason for that is that you have upgraded to Nvidias latest drivers, which was removed from this function.
Please, download the linked version of NPI below, it will have had those settings removed too, so no error then.
Then you can e.g. use Nvidia Freestyle filters or some other means of sharpening the game image. Nothing we
could do anything about. I'll add info on this to first post! Good Luck!

@BenganJ

Unfortunately, FHD is now getting 20fps. The game became difficult because of the intense tearing. (The place is a lot of vegetation)
JHTrucker's plan cures the setting of vegetation with Off, but it looks bad.
For a while, change Vsync "2" to standard and test with fps limiter.

@clear F1

Well, to be honest, I haven't seen any such dependence of vegetation density.
I would have been knocked down in FPS by that thousands of times I think. It
MUST be of another reason. But test and see!

@alonzam99 - When i read this forum and get to the last post i edit my favourite (for this topic) with the last page so when i next visit by clicking my favourite i start where i left off. That way i can read all new posts.
If you did that then you'll have read plenty of what i've been posting and wouldn't have to ask that question again and again.
But you won't read this as the page will have moved on by the time you come back again to ask...

@BenganJ - Luckily grey hair isn't a problem for bald heads!

@Clear F1 - Thanks for testing grass off, it was a test, not a solution.
If you're using the extreme 980 values for vegetation then test again with standard values and put grass back on high. Remember, all that grass will be in the mirrors too for a long way if you have extended them also.
As an extra i read this on scs wiki:
Name: g_grass_density
Value Description
0 off
1 low
2 medium (high in UI)
3 high (not available in UI, do not use with 32-bit builds)

So grass can go higher than high for standard users.

One more thing. Do you record all the time? If so, try a test without recording. Capturing 1440p images whilst rendering the game images as well must have an impact on fps?
Hard disk speed then becomes an issue and may be the difference between you two?

@JHTrucker

I'll just chime in here to tell, that clear F1 records at 1080p60 as he can't use DSR properly.
The recording is done with Nvidias encoder NVENC which is HARDWARE based, using GPU for
the encoding. It takes away about 1 - 1.5 % of the GPU capacity, so should not be of any
problem! So, if I'm correct here, he now scales up the video afterwards to 1440p60!

@BenganJ - I've updated my post "g_cam-block not required, TIR or mouse..." to add the mechanics of use.
Still need a high quality interior for view 5. This page: viewtopic.php?p=18804#p18804

@JHTrucker

Nice! But now I feel I have to tips you on one thing, how to get a proper link to a specific post!
1. Go to that page in topic where you have the post you want to link to.
2. Click on the little grey page icon at the very top of the post in left corner. See pic.
3. Then you will have the specific link address in the address field in the browser, copy/paste that one. Easy huh?

Is there anything you want me to do about that updated post?
