[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)

Frame Rate Limiter "31" Vsync "2" Tested at 60hz in the game.
There are many tearing and stuttering, but the frame rate is almost 31fps and sometimes seems to be 30fps.
(DSR x1.78)

@clear F1 - So your vsync=2 isn't locked at 30 fps again,.. it's 60, hence tearing with below values.

So you have all the below set exactly as stated?
In config.cfg:
uset r_mode_refresh "60"
uset r_vsync "2"

In NPI set:
NPI frame limiter to 31
Vertical Sync to 'Use the 3D application setting'
Vertical Sync Tear Control to 'Adaptive'.

and your latest game log with these settings?

@clear F1 - If i remember correctly (a few days ago) you said vsync=3 gave 30 fps with your 60hz monitor?
Does vsync=3 now lock 30 fps?
Then just use that?

About 3 days ago, I got 30fps with Vsync "2".

Using your latest post about this I get the following error message and a game crash.

Well, I can't see ANY wrong settings anywhere in NPI or config.cfg,
so to me this is a sort of mystery! :roll:

That's what i was referring to.
At that time you still had tear control - "adaptive" - after using "poor mans gsync" settings.
You reset NPI profile and vsync=2 then worked with 30 fps tear free.
But you had drops to 20 fps so you added:
tear control - "adaptive" and that broke it.
So vsync=3 might work for you?
