@Arayas

All looking damn good as far as I can see! Can you do me a favor and check this?
Some people have had problems with NPI working properly, showing errors when
applying changes, with the latest Nvidia drivers, so if you could test to degrade
the driver version a couple of versions, say to 456.71 just to remove the possibility
that it's the driver causing this.

EDIT: I assume you still have the same g-card as I have, GTX1660Ti?

Not sure if this is causing it but in the NPI image...

Texture filtering - Driver controlled LOD Bias is on. Should be set to off?

@AyMazingATS

I know that, but the first Steps 1-3 should give proper AA even without that setting,
at least if default Anisotropic textures are set to max = 16x in-game!!

@Arayas

Jikes! I've got to check all the settings once more.
I'll get back to you later again!

EDIT: Test the theory by AyMazingATS and do this!
That's how I have it also!

Texture filtering - Driver controlled LOD Bias set to Off

I also use Anisotropic filtering mode ------------------------- 'User-defined / Off'

@Arayas - Is your desktop resolution 2560x1440 by any chance?

From your game log:
00:00:01.257 : uset r_mode_height "1080"
00:00:01.257 : uset r_mode_width "1920"

00:00:01.931 : [disp] Output 0 : \\.\DISPLAY6 - CRTC @ (0, 0, 2560, 1440)

The game is outputting at 2560x1440 and not 1920x1080 as stated in the game. Perhaps it's up scaling?
Use monitor native resolution for game.

I'll do that, and get back.

I have tried both, no result. I had it on 1920x1080 when it worked. The only difference are the FPS

@Arayas

Well, to get AA, the desktop resolution and the set in-game resolution must be the same.
