@Wally5959

Good to hear those 3 config.cfg settings did its job! I myself nowadays run a single monitor
setup in the game, even as I have 3 curved Samsung 24" monitor on my desk. I think it was
when running UKTS that I ran a triple setup last time. Then I used a program called SoftTH
to get triple, but ONLY for the games I wanted it for. I don't really like Nvidia Surround as it
gives me a constant triple setup for everything, a single big virtual screen. Are you using that?

I will also confess, that turning 90 degrees in an intersection or taking the third exit in a
roundabout, doesn't look good to me either, but that is a bit natural in a sense. Much for
the game to update per second and not all frames getting fully rendered. But please, we
have a guy here, JHTrucker, who is a sort of expert on running triple setup with low state
resources and he often has some good advices on these kind of things. So stay tuned, he's
not here that often these days, but he pops in every now and then.

EDIT: Btw, can you record a short video showing you driving in a roundabout?

@All

Has anyone else anything to say about this problem? Any suggestions?

@Wally5959 & @BenganJ

From your NPI image - Driver controlled LOD bias = on <--- should be "off" otherwise below -1.5 does nothing.
Tex filter LOD -1.5 <-- ok

DOF blurs distant things... does it cause problems with such a high width resolution? Try un-ticking it?

The log shows a lot of errors and converting old things on the fly... try testing with clean mod free profile.

And set this to reduce shadow flicker --> r_sun_shadow_texture_size "8192"

@JHTrucker

Thanks! I waited with texture size recommendation until the real problem was solved,
as it has an impact on FPS! And I missed that Driver controlled LOD bias, so thanks for
that!

@benganj, I experience a lot of fps drops especially around vegetation and it really irks me off. Using a powerful card and yet this really sucks. What can I do to have smooth frame rates?

My inspector profile,

@hecatonchires

Then you start NPI, select the ETS2 or ATS profile, choose the icon at the top saying Restore current profile to NVIDIA defaults.,
then hit Apply changes. You don't need to remove the NPI program unless you want to. Then remove the multimon_config.sii file
from the same folder as the config.cfg is located and finally you restore the config.cfg you should have made a backup of when
starting to use this scheme, or else you have to restore config.cfg manually by editing!

@hecatonchires

Damn, you reposted while I answered! The vegetation problem has NOTHING to do with this NPI scheme,
so show me your config.cfg file instead!

That I could have told you, but I left to you to find out! :laugh2: :laugh2: :laugh2:
The start of the config.cfg file as a screenshot does NOT tell me anything.
Attach the file to the post, so I can download the whole of it!

@hecatonchires

Okay, let me have a look at it after I have prepared dinner here, so stay tuned, I'll be back!

EDIT: Okay, before I start to tell you my opinion and give my recommendations, here's a question.
What do you mean by FPS drops you get, from what to what, and what is your goal?
