So my first attempt was quite a disaster..... It looked like I accidentally hit the view for the bumper cam. But no, I pushed the seat back and realized I basically set it up so my face was plastered to the windshield LoL!
I must have botched some measurements or input a number or two incorrectly
No harm done though.... I just dropped the prefab file back into place so I could play

@v1cv3ga5 - You may not have done anything wrong, it's normal for a mathematically correct view to appear zoomed in on many setups. Read the FAQ section in my guide for more info.
But for your case, seems like you're not looking to use a mathematically correct view. So if you were measuring eye distance, switch the adjustment method to Target Horizontal FOV instead. Then you can just enter the same FOV as the prefab you're using to get a similar view.

Re: ATS/ETS2 Screen configs for Single, Dual, Triple or Quad screen setups.
First time posting here so I hope I found the right place....
I have tried to set up my triple monitors using @a1337cookie calculator, I changed the config folder to "multimon 4" as I believe i should and then set all the figures the calculator told me to into the multimon configuration folder but the none of the screens line up. In fact they are so far off it's crazy lol. My left monitor is basically looking behind me and so is the right monitor. I've gone over the measurements of my monitors numerous times as well as re inputting them into the calculator and double checking all my figures.
If anyone could help I'd be really grateful as I'm at the point of giving up and just deleting the game altogether.
Many thanks in advance.

@Simply_Immersive - You probably have horizontal_fov_relative_offset set to 1 or -1 on your side monitors, make sure they are 0, as shown by the calculator output. If that's not it, post what you have in your multimon_config.sii file.

Hi I have a samsung 57 inch ultrawide monitor what is the best 3 screen file to use for making it look better
Re: ATS/ETS2 Screen configs for Single, Dual, Triple or Quad screen setups.
@Jaykop - Only you can decide which file looks best for your particular screen.
Just try them one at a time, but remember that in your config.cfg file you need to set uset r_multimon_mode "4" otherwise the file won't be used by the game and the screen will still look stretched.
Note: In general, the image will stretch more with higher FOV values.
Single ultra wide curved monitor AA setup - (using triple image with reduced side angles) (Updated 19/02/2021).

OR
Use the calculator created by a1337cookie found here in the 'tweaking' section.

Re: ATS/ETS2 Screen configs for Single, Dual, Triple or Quad screen setups.
The problem i have is it's a 57 inch screen ultrawide 32.9 ratio so I wouldn't know.which one would be best for that screen, I'm i better getting config for 2 screens or ultrawide config
Re: ATS/ETS2 Screen configs for Single, Dual, Triple or Quad screen setups.
@Jaykop - What are you actually trying to achieve?
My files will reduce the stretched effect at the sides and you'll be able to see that on screen and make your choice.
Here for example I can create 32:9 by using a window 1366x384 on my laptop screen that's 1366x768 to show you the difference that you'd see when using your full screen resolution:
Top pic is game default FOV 60
Bottom pic is Triple Ultra wide curved single v2 - FOV 60.

OR
Are you wanting to sit at one side of your monitor so that the other side shows the passenger side windscreen?
You can use any of my posted files with 1 monitor, the screen image is just split into different views to get the result.
I'm not creating any more files, now that the calculator is available it's easier for everyone to use that.
