This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Roextended Project Team.

     This EULA agreement governs your use of our Euro Truck Simulator 2 adaptations (add-ons) named Roextended Map and The City Map, directly from Roextended Project Team.

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process 

and using the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons. 

It provides a license to use  the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers. 

 By installing and/or using  the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons, you are confirming your acceptance of the add-on and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement. 

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the add-on. 

    This EULA agreement shall apply only to the add-on supplied by Roextended Project Team herewith regardless of whether other add-on is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Roextended Project Team updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the add-on. 

    License Grant Roextended Project Team hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use  the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement. 

You are permitted to load  the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of  the Roextended Map or The City Map add-ons.

You are not permitted to:

 - Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the add-on 

nor permit the whole or any part of the add-on to be combined with or become incorporated in any other add-on, 

nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the add-on or attempt to do any such things

- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the add-on for any commercial purpose

- Allow any third party to use the add-on on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party

- Use the add-on in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law

- Use the add-on for any purpose that Roextended Project Team considers is a breach of this EULA agreement Intellectual Property and Ownership Roextended Project Team shall at all times retain ownership of the add-on as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the add-on by you. 

The add-on (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the add-on, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Roextended Project Team. 

 Roextended Project Team reserves the right to grant licences to use the add-on to third parties. 

 Termination This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the add-on and shall continue until terminated. 

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. 

Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the add-on. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement. 

Governing Law This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the european laws. 

Definition "Adaptation" means a work based upon the Work, or upon the Work and other pre-existing works, such as a translation, adaptation, derivative work or other alterations of an artistic work or any other form in which the Work may be recast, transformed, or adapted including in any form recognizably derived from the original, except that a work that constitutes a Collection will not be considered an Adaptation for the purpose of this License. 

Legal Rights This add-on it's an adaptation based on Euro Truck Simulator 2 game created by SCS Software.

SCS Software, as the manufacturer of the Parent Product, will always hold Copyright across the Works including 

the Works provided under this Restricted License, 

with the exception of Artwork and customized Models Including those within this Work, or any Collection including the Work.
