@BenganJ
Can we make a list of working gfx cards? Just in case we can see a trend.
A quick scan through the forum from page 50 (when i joined) to pick out those that confirmed AA is working and what gfx card they have (in signature or stated in post).

Working:
GTX760 (JHTrucker)
GTX1660Ti (BenganJ)
GTX1660 (Tapir)
GTX1080ti (Foxman) (digeeboy)
GTX1080 (Road Runner)
GTX1070 (clear F1)
RTX2060 (lonewolf0958)
GTX1660 (Arayas, Desktop, New card)

Not working:
GTX1080 (hasteflex) *** but should work.
GTX750Ti (Arayas, Desktop, Old card)
GTX1050Ti (Arayas, Laptop)
GTX970 (SoupVC)

@JHTrucker

Sure we can, but in what form? To add, Arayas has both a laptop and a desktop,
none of'em working. In the laptop the card is GTX1050Ti.

@lonewolf0958

Thanks for that info! :D

@JHTrucker

Sorry! :lol: :lol: :lol: But I sincerely doubt it has anything to do with the card.
To me it looks as if we have to search in the machine software environment, not
hardware. Some modern Antivirus programs think they are Gods and put especially
games on a sort of priority list. Could it be that kind of stuff?

I dont think is the card also. I dont have antivirus, only windows security.
The game responds to any modification in NPI except full AA. AA changes are also visible but all are bad. From very bad to bad.
With 400 scaling and some aberation numbers in AA (32x32) the game is...meah, almost there, but the FPS are dying.
I never undersand what is with this fixation on 100 scaling, i see no point of it.
Scaling is the only thing in game doing something. The other ones, high, low, ultra....are a piss in the wind.

@Arayas

Scaling IS a sort of antialiasing and so is SMAA, but we are not satisfied with what that can do
from within the game implementation of it. So, to get some REAL antialiasing we force the use
of two very competent methods of AA, MSAA in combination with SGSSAA. BUT these have to
operate on UNSCALED data, hence Scaling MUST be 100%. As soon as you set Scaling to other
value, you will lose MSAA + SGSSAA and ONLY use what Scaling can do for you!

Yes, I know Maestro, and we're working as hell trying to solve that problem.
It would be VERY nice to hear what you say if we solve it. :D
