If i connect those, the GPS will use the shortest road and i did the rest just for the people coming from Kiev. If you are coming from north you end up in northern road. If you are coming from East (RusMap or Southern Region) you end up in southern road.
If you are coming from north going south you have the RusMap road Briansk-Opel-Kursk with a new connection to ucrainean Kharkiv.
So the triangle is complete, no need to cut that in half.
