Can you show us a picture of that region where the road is missing?
Do you have both the road connection mods for connecting to Rusmap
and the other to TGS?

BTW, have you tried to drive there? If so what happens? TGS has
these kind of road segments not visible, but possible to drive on!

Yes, definitely NOT possible to drive on! :D
We will see if someone has a solution to this
or if the creator just missed to include a proper
road there!
