This is a great MOD and no crashes for sure!
I drove all the way up from Tripoli to Port of Sudan and tell you what this map is tremendous!
The only annoying thing is being debited for driving on the wrong way in the middle of the desert!
Jesus spent about 5000 quid, who was there to fine me? LOL
There wasn't a human being around for thousands of km, and I doubt they had electricity around for electronic fines!

My game have a ferry from Napoles to Tripoli, but in the city of Tripoli my game crashs. According to the cities image from Africa Map dont have this ferry connection, and im using the 1.0.1 version of the map... Is this a bug? Anyone have this problem too?

We know about this issue. If you drive on the track you are actually driving in the middle of the road. This is a limitation from the game.
What you can do is driving in the right side of the track. If possible of course

Change your buffer size to 30/50

Really like Road to africa and for me the game doesn't crash at all, like when it's a bit of a challenge to drive...

Really there is no crash there. I have the complete Road to Africa driven without any crash!
