Could you please tell me how to play with Roextreme Promods Rusmap and Grand Utopia

Is the order of the mods correct?

Thats OK just leave only first background map. You need only All world + GU. Also reorder Rusmap as in GMC load order.

Just saw this error, you are using wrong European Grand Utopia. Use this :
