No, and under DX9 it have nothing to do with textures itself. Maybe you need some software updates (drivers, dx...)

Thanks. I'll keep an eye to see if you can sort it out.. It bothers me because on other vanilla areas (I traveled to Been) i get the same bad road texture. With another clean profile the road is good :p
