I have tested it with the hybrid road link and I am completely satisfied, so there is no need to make a new road link,

Works fine for me so far with the Hybrid.

If anyone has crashes, don't forget to try enabling the "Show blockers" option first. It still causes crashes on RusMap 2.45 if you have it disabled. I instead use the "No DeadEnds!" mod from Steam Workshop.

No....there is no need for a new loadorder.

Cause Sergey061 made a partial rebuild of obsolete map assets.
