i have seen people with years in ETS community getting in trouble forgeting to add a promods file or a road connection and they triple checked and for some reason never seen the obvious reason, that needed time to fix, because you are sure you have it right...and i was in that place also, reading gamelogs and stuff for hours....just to blind too see the Rusmap def file is missing...

Delete Israel-Lebanon Open Borders above Promods cause you use GMC EuroAsia Lite map Combo Fix which includes this mod already.

You should use GMC `s loadorder correctly.

Last try I would advice: look at the GMC loadorder pdf, DL every mod again......all in a new profile !

I solved the issue! It's the new setting that hides the roadblocks. If you turn it on, the game crashes in what I suppose is RusMap. I had it turned on all the time. By disabling it the crash doesn't occur. I knew I wasn't crazy. Just wish I had it figured out earlier. After re-doing the GMC load order from scratch I knew something else had to be amiss
