Make sure that your additional mods are all for 1.45.

Also you can test your maps by using only them without any other mods, beside a background mod.

Is this ok, then you add one mod by another and check the game.

I haven't seen any conflict. I would believe that the Vanhool chemical cistern works in 1.45 because I already concluded a trip from London to Balti (same place where I am facing a problem).

Yes, step by step with the mods when a crash appears: delete this mod.

What is the maximum no. of mods allowed? I have 74 installed.

There is no max in sinleplayer, but REMEMBER: ONLY 100 MODS ARE SUPPORTED IN THE CONVOY SESSIONS.

Edit: you can crash a game with a few mods like 4 or 5, but also with many.

I don’t play convoy. However, I do have about 5 truck mods installed. I also have about 5 or 6 trailer mods (excluding Promods trailers which are AI).

Maybe I should remove some...?

less are always better then too many!


You can clean your mod folder by your taste. If a mod with 500 AI trucks is more important to you versus a map, remove the map. Or other way around. But keeping a soup of companies, trailers, trucks, cars, maps, graphics and all the mods you can find online, is on you, when you got a crash.

When I select a different job (Balti to Pavlovskaya), the trailer loads without a ctd. The problem is Khromtau (Kazakhstan). I wonder if it’s an issue with road connections...

Edit: Tried Balti to Turku (Finland), trailer loads without a problem - no ctd.

Edit2: Tried Lillehammer (Norway) to Khromtau - no ctd.
