World Background Maps

I love the satellite map but when ever I use it my map is a black and white satellite map and not colored like the image shows

same here since 1.45 with the satellite map "Promods based combos mod v1.2.".
The map is black & white.

Unfortunately i didn't see this until today
Fortunately this works like a beast but, yes there is a but, this map is low quality and has too much going on around the map for my liking.

Whatever....I`m satisfied with this background mod and one can use it with EAA....that`s fine, I think. The quality is good for me.

Thanks but this solution don't solve our problem.
I'm using instead ETS2_LAMB_UNIV_EURASIA_SAT_BG_MAP v1.4 but I missing black borders.

ok so i have discovered a problem with these maps (not sure if there are more as im still looking), no matter what map i use this happens to Norwich in the UK part of the world

Cause Promods is NOT using the same map projection as SCS you got that. Your BG mod shows that. Typical for old background mods.

Solution: Use another newer BG mod and your problem is gone.
