I am pretty sure Roex, Rusmap and PDAM doesnt work togeder in 1.44 with old RC's.
Do you ever test your combos? Because i have seen many wrong things posted by you in this matter.

This MAP combo loads, but later when driving there are a lot of error messages and the game crashes a lot.
It's not nice to drive like that, and it's not fun.
I tried this combo once.

I always appreciate your help.
I've only driven in the ROEX area.
Occasionally, it would run without any problems if it was reloaded in the event of a crash. (Not always, of course.)
And I've never seen a map combo that works without errors.

I'm not talking about combo errors here, i am talking about major problems using 1.43 RC's in 1.44.
RusMap connection with Roextended was so broken forcing me to make a new one from scratch, almost nothing to save from the old one.
The one between Roex-Rusmap-PDAM i can only asume has double errors than that. I'm not talking about a missing tree or a house, i am talking about massive errors on roads and prefabs.
If you use this combo for yourself, great, but have a little responsability for the people you told them to use the same "experience". If someone like me is telling everybody about this problems you should take that into account, i was not born yesterday in maps compabilties.
Why do i care?
Because at every version i have a full mail inbox with newbees telling me the map is trash or the road connections are crap, because they have repetitive crashes. Most of them with load orders from youtubers who are posting those thinking they have discovered the way how to make a map soup.
I'm not telling you this to argue with you, the effort is noticed, but you dont do any good to this community with this actions, and you dont do any good to your youtube channel. Sooner or later people will notice you are not a reliable source for this info.

The use of the old version of RC to connect maps in a specific area was because there was no other way to connect.
This is because navigation cannot be connected if even that is not used.
It is my mistake not to complete the test after configuring the map, but I will know that it is impossible to test the whole thing.
If my information is wrong and fewer people are looking for my YouTube, of course, it is also my responsibility.
However, I don't make false information on purpose. I want to make an accurate map as much as possible, and I'm working hard on it.
