[Tutorial][1.43] GMC Logistics - Global Combo

I Think that this is the load order recommended by the EAA Team for correct work.
And I also know that EAA is compatible with major part of ETS2 Map Mod.
I don't know why there is a fix for combo but i think that Jerry will know that better than me LOOL

I tried that Load Order today and got a crash in Volta Redonda, in the game.log i found out there were a lot of model and template errors, maybe caused by the (wrong?) order.
I will test GMCs Load Order plus Combo Fix with this again if it crashes too.


EDIT: Model and template errors stayed, but it didn't crash this time. So GMC Load Order seems to be the right one.
