Well that took me some time to realize I can just ask Arayas, the mod father.

I am using a Traffic Mod that i keep updated for myself. So far no Problems but now I'm lost a little because SCS added a new rule that I don't have a explanation for, maybe you can help?

what is it for? I am using this traffic Mod just for myself since forever, its like my private little fun project
(who doesn't want some excitement with cars doing stupid things because you changed something wrong)
But for this new rule(I believe it's new, never seen it before) I can't find any explanation. If this is the wrong topic then please, move it to the right place and I'm sorry.
