Already fixed .. On December 25, version 2.43.1 will be released with fixes and (possibly) with a small extension.

Уже исправил.. 25 декабря выйдет версия 2.43.1 с исправлениями и (не исключено) с небольшим расширением.

My rusmap is currently showing zero city names. My load order is not the issue, I have troubleshooted many times. Is there a possible fix for this?

If you use SZM you don't need throw it out because it's already in the Rusmap . I had the same problem
