Do I have to download and activate all mods in the list or some maps/fixes can be avoided? If yes, then what maps can be left?

Eliminate from the list any map you want but also the files who are related to it (road connections, fixes and so on). Choosing maps is personal decision.

I tried to do that, eliminated some maps and all fixes for them (easy to understand what ones exactly), but then lost ferry routes from Iceland, Faroe Islands, Jan Mayen and some others. When trying to zoom the map, got CTD

1. Go to your Documents folder for the respective game:
- The folder is located under C:\Users\{you}\Documents\game

2. Your log file is game.log.

3. Upload the file to an file sharing Website and post the link here

This time I managed to zoom the map. The only issue is the lost ferries as I mentioned above.

Would love some insight on this as I am having the same issue. No connection to Svalbard, Iceland, Faroe, Ireland and some other small British islands around Scotland.
At first I thought it might be due to a Russian Open Spaces file I had from a previous combo from Wombat's time, but after removing it, I still have no ferries to said islands.
