All your ProMods cities are missing.
It seems like your missing some map mods in that load order. Also some of the mods aren't in the right order. I suggest you go to the first post and follow the load order again.

I found the problem. I had to use AZGE PM ME fix even if I dont use Middle East addon

I'm a little unsure of what to do with the RusMap fix file. It's probably written somewhere already. Do we replace the original RusMap-map file with it?

Yes, just replace the original RusMap-map file in the mod folder.
