You're welcome! One more tips, With your setup I would set in config.cfg g_traffic to "0.8" or lower
to get a lower traffic density. It will probably give you a couple of more FPSs!

Oke. I will try.
Would you recommend if I want to try SuperTraffic by Arayas?

You can ALWAYS try, but it's ONLY YOU that can see if it works for you!
EDIT: Don't forget to follow the mods category loading order in this post:

So, if I try some mod,
It's normal that fps drop a little in some areas?
And when fps drop much more, I should avoid that mod?

Yes, the goal for you is to get lower FPS than 30 so few times as possible. The ideal
case is if you NEVER get a FPS value below 30, but with your hardware that's not so
possible without loosing all quality too!

Now it's time to go to bed.
In there, it's around 2 am.

I have a recommendation for you, too:
Change your "Texture Filtering - LOD Bias (DX)" value in the NPI settings to the "-0.5000" for the "2x Sparse Grid Supersampling" you used...
Your preferred value of "-1.5000" is mostly for use with 8xSGSSAA!

@DedaToro
But with the introduction of the New Lighting System by SCS those values
should be more negative than what was recommended before, so I advice
you to keep your present value -1.500!
