Just learn cyryllic. It's one time investment and your overall experience on all Russian/Ukrainian and Belarussian territory will improve greatly.
I can't imagine playing RusMap or even parts of Baltic DLC without the possibility of reading the signs :)
I have seen a huge gameplay difference on that regions after learning how to read ;)

And the signs and quality of mapping is as always - beautiful :)

translate or interpret on the fly, so to speak!
