@t2patel

Can you give me the alternative settings for Preferred Refreshrate in NPI, as I don't have that?

EDIT: Silly me, I do have it! :tease: I want to test you setting that parameter to Use 3D application
setting
. Then with 1/2 or 1/3 refresh set on Vertical Sync in NPI, make a test!

EDIT2: BTW, who told you set that parameter? I haven't, first post haven't (me)!

@t2patel

Huh? What do you mean? Did you set that parameter yourself or were you told to set it?

Please note, from today morning I have driven almost 600kms in central Europe and Romania with below setting.

G sync on
Monitor refresh rate: 144

NCP setting (Clear F1 setting)

sharpen 0.40 film grain 0.17,
Anisotropic filtering 16x
Antialiasing mode override any application setting
Antialiasing setting 4x
Max frame rate off
power management mode prefer maximum performance
texture filtering quality High quality
virtual reality pre-rendered frames 1

NPI setting (Clear F1 setting)
The only change made is Preferred Refresh rate : 1/4

Config (Clear F1 setting)
Only change made uset t_averaging_window_length "72"

RESULT: I got stable 36 FPS almost 95% time and FPS drop up to 25 FPS in middle of cities...the best part is there is no Choppy screen issue...

Minus point: far end graphic is blurred and power line also...and screen pause for a second but it's a once in 15 mins or 30 mins which we can neglect...

My friend, you're talking in your night-cap here. That parameter does not have that value to choose,
but Vertical Sync further down has. Please, try to follow me now.

1. Set in NPI Preferred Refreshrate to Use 3D application setting.
2. Also in NPI set Vertical Sync to 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 Refresh Rate.

Then test! I will explain later why you should test this.

Opps...It was my mistake..I had changed V sync 1/4 not refresh rate in NPI

Okie...I will strictly follow your instruction from now onwards.

Tell me first change again...I will do it right now...

@t2patel

You can read your own quoting, but here it is again!

1. Set in NPI Preferred Refreshrate to Use 3D application setting.

Noted Grand pa..
I am testing with Preferred Refresh rate : Use 3D application setting
V sync : 1/2
In Config :
uset t_averaging_window_length "144"

Is it correct?

Edit : Result : Choppy screen is there
