Yup, ive seen that "version" of the mod as well in other mod sites. But i only use these sites as a guide of what mods are "updated" because right now is too complicated to follow all of them.
But of course i never EVER trust that these are legit downloads so i always come here, or the official mod source to make sure of it.

I dont see this mod that was updated here, so i assume that lebanon open border with bumps is a not-legit version. So i wont be downloading it.

I dont know what money are they going to make just publishing a modified mod in a site like modland or similars.. lol.
Its not about money , its more about a way to feel fancy and important, thats all. Most of these are kids anyways.
