Yeah, I understand it's not "correct", and i do love your satellite BGs. I would rather have a map that doesn't have the UK, Iceland and PMME in the ocean though, at the end of the day its just another option :)

No problem by me, it's totally your choice. But later when maps like South Africa,
New Zealand and the one already released, the JRR map Indonesian map, that
BG you found on Steam will not suit you well.

I've tried the Promods created background from Steam, and while it has relocated Iceland/Middle East, you cannot see Greenland with it, and this will cause issues with the other further away maps as Bengan says.

Yeah, i know. It says in the description that it's for promods based eurasia combo's and that's exactly what I and others may want

Im always crashing when I go to the closest zoom in maps. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, as far as i know the crash fix is already included (tweaked zoom) in all the maps... or im wrong? im not using the crash fix since ages ago and i dont have any problems with any background map.
