As @Bengan stated there is no real use for it for the normal players, and he's the one who created the mod for us (Thanks Bengan).
So i guess if you really want a copy you going have to ask him.

It seems to be only just added to the ProMods forum and seems a bit suspicious to me. Is the "uploaded by" on sharemods unique to only one person?

I just checked it is exactly the same as the old RC: PM252_RM2.4.0_roadconnection
I think he just changed the name.
