Anyone else missing Chelyabinsk? I have rest of Sibirmap city names showing on the map but Chelyabinsk isnt

Can anyone else please check this to see if its only him or not because if its not only him I'll see if I can make a fix for that

I took this screenshot today and people say I haven't got every city name. Read a couple of posts before and the ones after mine!

EDIT: Zoomed in and took this now. Obviously the city name is missing at the top, maybe even some more, I don't know.

^Yep thats exactly what mine looks like. I can zoom all the way in and Chelyabinsk wont show. Here is my game.log if it will help solve the issue:

I also have missing city names. And if you look closely there are some small road parts visible:


I wonder by what mod this issue is caused...
