I haven't tried any of the suggestions above yet. This was my last version:

Then I suggest you start following suggestions and start to use the golden rule.
Remove all your mods but the ones in the first post listed and in the video.
Test that and see if it causes the same problem and if, post the new game log.
If NOT, then add ONE of your other mods at a time and check when the problem
returns, then DO NOT use that mod. Good Luck!

I tried Vinnie's & Arayas's suggestion as to the Russian map sequence. I also deleted the mods which don't appear to be comptable with 1.40 -- Tekirdag rebuild, Viva Malta, & Mediteranean Expansion.
Sorry that this kind of doesn't match up to Robloxian's attempt to include everything.

Still no ferries...

@BenjanJ -- this was before I saw your post, so I'm not ignoring it. Could I get some clarification though? Are you recommending I get rid of the economy, physics, Jazzycat mods? and then see what happens. Or are you suggesting i go back to vanilla and then add the mods one-by-one?

YES, I want you to start with ONLY the mods listed in the combo you use! That should work
and if NOT, you've done something wrong. If it works, then by adding ONE mod of your own
at a time and testing if it causes the problem, you will know which mod NOT to use. LOGIC!

I will be updating my combo again in a few days to v8. Try using that load order once this post is updated and see if your ferries are back. Again, I'm not sure what your problem is with all those missing ferries as I do not have any missing.

It took a bit, but I have the bad file.

For whatever reason, the Swedish Islands Map v1.10 Wombat edition is destroying all my ferry connections.
I have slotted after Paris Rebuild 2.6 and before the RoEx 265 Promods 255 RC file.

I've attached a copy of the working gamelog with everything but the Swedish Islands and proper ferry connection and the game log with all mods including the Swedish Island map that doesn't have the ferries as previously detailed.

Thank you all for you help -- it is much appreciated. If anyone would care to suggest a different load order for the Swedish Island Maps, that would be helpful.

Now excuse me, I have a truck to drive. :)

It would surprise me much if you can prove that my map SwedishIslands map v1.10 is causing it,
but things have been odd in this game before. Please, report what you come up with.

Not at all surprising that you get odd results, as your load order is a total mess.
CLEAN it up by following the order specified by the combo creator.

Yes, I already done that. In the next mod manger video which I will upload in a few days, it will an updated load order with additional mods in the right place.

I attached the game log with and without your Swedish Island map in an earlier post. Sorry if it's not more helpful.
I'm not much of an expert in how the logic for mods works.
