A question to you, as I don't know myself! Is this mod west_ukr_v0.2.scs really compatible with RoEx 2.8?
I have NEVER heard of it.

I will post your total profile here, so that other people can have a look!
I think you should remove PM251_RM2.3.1_roadconnection.scs, as the connection between
Promods, RusMap, Poland Rebuilding and RoEx is done by this, ROEXallPM251RUS231PR244RCfullv4.scs.
There are some unknown mods and I can't explain the shifting problem you've got. It
should not be there with that BG mod on top.

a mod who refurbish west Ukraine from Promods (i think), compatible with Roex? NOPE.

PM251_RM2.3.1_roadconnection.scs and west_ukr_v0.2.scs have been removed from the game.
The UK, Ireland, Iceland, and the Middle East are still off the map, and Spain is newly off the map.

I am sorry, but I have double-checked with the same World Map BG as you say you use and what the game log tells me,
and this is how it looks in my game, running the same version as you are. You must have some odd other mod in your
profile that causes the shift in UK, Ireland and Iceland. The discrepancies in Spain, Northern Scandinavia, Adriatic Sea
and Middle East is due to misplacements by Promods team, nothing I will correct.

EDIT: Under certain circumstances a map mod could cause this kind of shift in the UK area, but I have now released
a new version, v1.1, of the specific Promods BG. Re-download from the first post and test if it fixes your problem.
