First, you have NOT this mod in your profile, ETS2_LAMB_SAT_BG_MAP_BORDERS_BLACK_PM.
Get it from the first post in this topic by scrolling down to the Promods version. It should be
placed at the very top of Mod Manager.

You are also recommended to edit your config.cfg file like this.

uset r_buffer_page_size "10"
To:
uset r_buffer_page_size "30"

Also, add the following arguments to your Steam Launch Options.

 -64bit -nointro  -unlimitedlog  -mm_pool_size 8000 -mm_max_resource_size 32 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000
