You're really cool mate! Wish to see refreshed country of mine (Azerbaijan) and maybe someday city of Shusha. As you mentioned the lands of Azerbaijan finally liberated last year and huge road system development started already. We invest a lot in road infrastructure and have top level roads so soon I'm sure the roads of liberated territories (7 districts) and in Karabakh will be as good as in whole other parts of the country. If you need any informational assistance (I'm sure you are ok with it), pictures, my dashcam videos etc. I'm here:)
