I tested this last night and Road to Aral is confirmed to be broken. Actually, it connects fine to TGS, but then the road leading up to the new towns in the map is broken.

judging by the comments, no one is interested in what is there in the Kostanay region, everyone is worried about the road to the Aral, well thanks...
