As I know, Novosibirsk Region is a a Standalone map.

It depends on how FunTrucker_18 moves, but I think they have to work on it if he wants to.
For your information: I also have two roads in development to the settlement of Shalkar through the Mugodzhary mountains and bypass, but I postponed them temporarily due to the complexity of making this section, and did not include them in this release. I think the Fantrucker road to the Aral will have problems with offset and height. But I haven't tested. And so maybe his addon works, but you will have problems with the road to Kostanay. In any case, discuss this topic in the appropriate section of the supplement
