Thanks to Arayas who gave me the hint with the fonts. There are also faulty signs but they get fixed if you use the map together with the other Russian maps (Rusmap or/and Southern Region. I couldn't exactly figure out which map has the correct fonts.). And I'm pretty sure that not many people use TGS alone.
