[DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
@theclumsygeek - Try this:
monitor_config : _nameless.Left.AA {
name: left
normalized_x: 0.000000
normalized_y: 0.000000
normalized_width: 0.333333 <-- 0.333334 increase
normalized_height: 1.000000
monitor_config : _nameless.Right.AA {
name: right
normalized_x: 0.666666 <-- 0.666665 decrease
normalized_y: 0.000000
normalized_width: 0.333333 <-- 0.33334 increase
normalized_height: 1.000000
You may need to increase/decrease further to suit your setup.
But always use either bezel compensation method.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Genius! Thank you!
What worked for me in the end was to set the normalized_width to 0.333334 to both Left and Center screens, and that covered the gap completely. Now I can take proper screenshots.
Thanks again!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
Are there any alternative bit patterns?
I've just got ATS going after a long time with these settings, I've had ETS2 still on 1.35 so I could keep using SGSSAA as I have done for years, so I could finally update ETS2 if all went well. Unfortunately I have black everywhere in-game. I once used Reshade on ETS2 after DX11 came in, but it is long uninstalled and was NEVER applied to ATS - so it can't be that.
I have Frkn64's graphics mod, which I tried disabling - I'm guessing it could be another cause as doing the following means no AA in any case - if I take off the compat. bits or use one that worked in DX9 (I know means I will have no AA here) the black is gone.

@Winterway
Welcome! The most possible cause of the black textures is that you haven't got the
multimon_config.sii file correctly chosen or installed! Please, read up on that in Step 2
in the first post!

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
I had done that in fact, but I made a very simple mistake :)
I'd forgotten I have -homedir for ETS2 set to a folder on the same drive it is installed on, but not ATS - I must have set the same for ATS years ago as where I was editing config.cfg etc. was on the drive, I should have put the two together that the files there were three years old and I had to append the SSAO line!

So, is everything OK now then?

@BenganJ - Another Q&A to add... it's been a while since the last one!
Q - My multi monitor screenshots have vertical black lines where the images join together.
A - Go back to STEP 2 and click the Multi Monitor AA - Setup guide link for further details.

Re: [DX11] Help regarding Nvidia Profile Inspector (NPI)
No progress on the SCS SSAO with the NPI AA settings I guess?

@killingjoke
Correct! Right now time does not permit me to investigate that drawback further.
Maybe someone else can pop in and test a bit!
