Download problem

Hi,

i am trying to load the new 2.8 and the universal RC as well

The map itself has for almost an hour 0.1 of 2.1 GB and the download is very slowly

the RC file loads faster but everytime the download is ready my system says the file has an unknown format or is damaged..

then i bought the new Colorado for ATS from steam, it was a quick download. loaded and installed within 10 minutes.. So my internet connection seems to be good..

Are there issues at your side ?

I had NO problems downloading any of the components for 2.8 and
we haven't had any complaints apart from yours, so it beats me. Maybe
Arayas has had reports via e-mail or PM, but I haven't heard anything
about it from him!

No, everything is working fine. And keep in mind: the main map files (2.1 gb) are downloaded by ALL the people who are downloading the premium map, PPM's, Forum PPM's, one time users....ALL. It's a single file on a single link. Only core files have different downloads for different groups. Maybe this is why.

Hi.. Ah ok.. Meanwhile it seems to worked... But also the map files which end with .scs are stated to be unknown format or damaged, so open the files is not possible.
In mod manager they seem ok..so is it some kind of security system?
