I totally agree with you. The beta version of version 1.39 will probably be released at the end of this week or next week. A great waste of your work if you make an RC now.
If the Tapir Combo works, it would be great. But please don't bother fixing it if it doesn't work.

For me even with Wombat's Global loadorder looks it loaded only problem is Macedonia Rework. If I try to load the both addon in same time it keep crashing I'm about to test it too over the loaded part :D

For me it crashes, I have the order from Wombat and without updated PolandRebuilding it works flawlessly and after adding according to your @tapir it does not even load to the menu.

Noone has to create a new RC for PR, cause we soon have ETS2 1.39.!!

Meanwhile we can use PR with the old RC and without Macedonia Reworks.

Yep I have already removed Macedonia Reworks from the Combo
