@kreti

Yes. there was a reason for that and actually it was done already by Arayas in his SuperZoom mods,
which he doesn't maintain anymore as I have incorporated it into my BGs. Once upon a time we had
problems with crashing game when entering the World Map view or the Job view and Arayas found
that the solution was to limit some of the display features. But now in 1.38 that might have been
corrected, so please test it for me and report back if it works properly. If it does I'll change the
settings in my BGs too.

Ok @BenganJ.

First time I put all lines to true, and i get a crash. Later, I only put full_detail[4] to true, and it works good. I test in:
  • ETS2_LAMB_UNIV_EURASIA_COLOR_BG_MAP.scs
  • ETS2_LAMB_EU-AF-AS-OC_PLAIN_BG.scs
  • ETS2_LAMB_UNIV_EURASIA_PLAIN_BG_MAP
All are working well with no crash. I don´t kwnow if it was a problem solved with 1.38 or whith my init parameters: -mm_max_resource_size 90 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000 -mm_pool_size 8000

@kreti

Thank you very much for the fast report. I won't make the update of the BGs very soon,
so if you encounter any problems later on, please report again!

EDIT: I was notified on the SCS forum that I managed to fill a lot of lakes in the Ultimate
SCS style BG as if they were countries, so it will take some time for me to correct and then
I will make an update of all of them!

@BenganJ

Thank you very much! I was looking for a directory like this for a while, but I couldn't find one, so I just placed it in RoExtended bugs, seeing as it was a background map on the RoEx page.

@JoeTransit

Well, as you can see, all the World Map view backgrounds have it's own topic here.
If you haven't done it already, check out the first post in this topic!

Ok, I want to use Universal Satellite background mod v1.4, but the download link has been removed. I tried Ultimate Satellite background mod v1.0 and didn't like how its always locked flat, even if I have it North Locked or Always North
