Okay, that's much better! Thanks!
1. For the 'Anti-Aliasing' option, can you set that to Override.... instead?
Override is.

2. What choices do you have for option ''Anti-Aliasing Method'?
2x, 2xEQ, 4x, 4xEQ, 8x, 8xEQ. Tried different options, no changes at all. If you are talking about the smoothing method, then multiple sampling, adaptive multiple sampling, oversampling

3. It seems as if you don't have the topmost Option, 'Radeon Image Sharpening', in the document. Do you really have the latest version of that AMD software?
This parameter is there, it's just higher. Called Radeon image correction. I enabled this option and set the sharpness to 80%. But this did not affect anti-aliasing, rather, the clarity of the image

@Forza Gamer 777

So, the 'Radeon Image Correction' did have an effect, then we know the profile has contact with the game.
Try set the AA level to 4x, that should get enough impact to be noticed. Also try setting the in-game Scaling
to 100% and SMAA to disabled as long as you do the tests. Keep trying!

I've already tried 100% without SMAA, but 4xEQ. I continue to experiment!

Here is the result. 100% scaling, smaa turned off, 4x multisampling turned on in AMD settings
And this. 100% scaling. smaa turned on, ultra, 4x multisampling turned on in AMD settings

Nope, the power or phone lines look awful, no AA at all.
Well, I think we have to stop there for now, as I need to
do some real research on this. I will be back!
