Hi all.

I'm a user of both Promods and RoEx Premium version for a fairly long time now. Without a doubt I love both. I have seen this drama in the past, nor do I care for it but now I do, after seeing what Arayas said in the early morning. I have seen outcry before about how Promods have not made road connections before one those to outcry was Arayas himself who we can all say has made the vast majority of RCs. However you cannot sit and say it is not acceptable that PM never make RCs but when they do shut them down as well. Who cares if it is in there best interest. It is also in the best interest for RoEx. I'm not sitting here saying it is okay to overwrite work and so on. But if the users had 2 RCs for Promods - RoEx or RoEx - Promods then why does that not work for all parties? The one made by Promods overwrites with their cities, the one made by Arayas overwrites Promods cities. That way everyone gets to choose, unless you guys have insecurities about how many users are going to use your RC. But for the love of god, it is a lot easier to run one profile with both map mods than creating 2 profiles one which will most likely get neglected. Next point. All this throwing toys out of the pram is just pathetic and quite frankly embarrassing, when I have spent money to get my hands on RoEx premium and also paid for faster download via Promods. I don't think a lot of us expect people to act so embarrassingly immature towards each other it when at the same time we make the choice to give them our money. And I do not really care for blame as I am sure a lot of us neutrals are the same we would just like there to be communication and you two entities of map modders to work together. If it means there is two RCs that users can choose from then no one honestly loses.

Sitting here insulting each other, making digs and what not does not get anyone anywhere. Just communicate that is all the wider user community is asking for. Maybe you lot will read this and think great cool lets just get on with it and make 2 RCs, maybe everyone will look at this and fight more. All of us would rather the first option.

And yes I did just make a profile to put forward my opinion as a user of both maps and who enjoys them working together on ets2, I just wish the mappers would do the same.

You forgot they struggle a bit with communicating properly with other map mods and also have issues sending PMs.

They did the road connection using sectors who are 10+ months old. People are gonna use that with 2.7 and are gonna make a mess of my 4 months updating work, road structure and companies. I already see people ensuring everyone that is ok to use it.
When i made an RC i do the job twice for each version, free or premium, to make sure everything is how it suposed to be.

So, i am gonna repeat this:
Promods connection is for FREE version. Period.
Turkey is not compatible with Promods 2.5.

Spare yourself with experiments, nobody told you Roextended 2.7 and Turkey ARE compatible with Promods 2.5

Inform Promods they can upload their Road Connection wherever they want. I'm not gonna get it down.

Use it with ROEX 2.3.5 ONLY!!!!

For Roex 2.7 i will publish in the next hours a proper RC (for Turkey an updated one just with fixes for file conflicts not road structure).

And this will put an end to this disscution.

@WolfENgang999 I would think the same from the outside, but if you consider the recent events lately and also the history you would understand the current situation a bit better and why everyone is behaving in the way they are.

Yeah I understand that, of course I am not expected to know the ins and out but I just wanted to throw my opinion in there from the outsider point of view. But also I appreciate that RC that was made did use old sectors. But either way I hope this comes to a healthy conclusion. Thank you for your time and effort.
